Our founder

Cindy Agoncillo is a 2009 graduate of Messiah College and has invested in the lives of young adults for more than 10 years. She served as a resident assistant during her undergraduate experience, and after graduation, she opened her home to Messiah students and alumni in need of housing. Cindy currently works full-time for Messiah College as a graphic designer and serves as a leader in her church's young adult and youth ministries. In 2015, she bought a house in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, with the goal of establishing an intentional community for young adults and welcomed the first Pillar House residents in August 2016. She considers Pillar House to be part of her larger mission of equipping and enabling others to pursue and fulfill the callings that God has placed on their lives.
